Zoom fatigue is the result of meetings that shouldn't happen in the first place and training that could be consumed offline. The best way to use virtual meetings is for collaborative problem-solving. Our approach is to use weekly lectures for short recaps of concepts, breakout sessions, practicing, roleplaying, and giving each other feedback.
